Holy Stone makes some really great drones, even if they cost a little more on average than some of their competitors. Most of the time though, one can argue that it's worth every penny! They offer customer service and being sold on Amazon means you've got the safety net of the option to return items, generally no questions asked (or very few). However our experience with the HS120D has not been up to par with our usual Holy Stone experience! Granted, we could return this no problem.
