To build a smoke stopper as shown in the video, use a 3157C standard bulb (2-element 27 watts / 8 watts). You can find this at your local automotive supply store, or purchase on Amazon here:
You cannot use LED bulbs for this purpose!
If you are building for a Tiny Whoop, you can use just the 8-watt element which will pass about 1 amp of current on 4S voltage, and less on lower voltages. If you use both the 27-watt and the 8-watt element together, you will pass about 3 amps of current on 4S voltage.
