Spanakopita or Spinach Pie Recipe.
Ingredients:
14 oz (397g) Spinach
7 oz (198g) Ricotta Cheese
4 oz (113g) Feta Cheese
1 oz (28g) Parmesan Cheese
1 Bunch (2 oz / 57g) Parsley
1 Bunch (2 oz / 57g) Green Onions
4 to 6 Sheets Fillo Dough
2 Eggs
1 Onion
2 Garlic Cloves
1/2 Tsp Ground Nutmeg
2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter
2 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Sesame Seeds
Salt, Black Pepper
Preparations:
1- Dice the onion.
2- Mince the parsley and green onions.
3- Mince the spinach and heat in a microwave for 4 minutes.
4- Dice or crumble the feta cheese.
