Chelsea is a beautiful 10-year-old dog who has been overlooked because of the small tissue bumps on her side. She was surrendered by her owners early on, but has been living in the Garland Rescue Ranch almost her whole life. She's an older dog, so she is looking to find her forever home for the last part of her life. She's got a gentle soul and a mellow demeanor, which would be ideal for an older family.
