Large jet turbine powered scale RC helicopter (Tokoroa, Feb 2015)

This jet-powered RC helicopter has featured before on this channel flying at the annual ANZAC jet rally held here at the local Tokoroa airfield. However the Chief Executive Officer of the South Waikato District Council Craig Hobbs, tried to prevent me from filming this flight and posting it to YouTube. I was told I was not allowed to film while the event was on.
So much for the local council working to promote the district!
He (Craig Hobbs) claims that my filming was not allowed because I put the videos on YouTube and monetize them. However, when asked to cite the relevant bylaw or regulation under which he forbid my filming, he could not. What does that tell you?
It is tragic that this district is subject to such crap from the organisation which should be supporting attempts to promote it, not threatening and suppressing them.
Unfortunately, to get this footage I had to use a lot of glass -- the standard 17x zoom of the Sony PJVE760 augmented with an additional 10X lens -- so the video is not as sharp or contrasted as I'd would normally like.
