Ingredients:
3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
4 Eggs
1 Egg Yolk
15 oz (425 g) Ricotta Cheese
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 Bunch Fresh Spinach
1 Cup Marinara Sauce
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
1/2 Tsp Salt
Salt, Black Pepper Powder
Preparations:
1- Mince the spinach.
2- Cook the minced spinach (in a microwave).
3- Allow the spinach to cool down for few minutes.
4- Squeeze the liquid out of the spinach.
