Shirin Polow Recipe.
Ingredients:
2 Cups Rice
1.5 Lb. (680g) Chicken Thigh
2 Oranges
0.7 oz (20g) Sliced Almonds
2 Bay Leaves
2 Tbsp Sugar
2 Tbsp Salt
1/4 Tsp Saffron
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
1 Tbsp Vegetable Oil
Turmeric, Paprika, Salt
Preparations:
1- Soak rice with water and 2 tbsp salt for at least 2 hours or overnight.
2- Thin Peel the skin off of the oranges.
3- Soak saffron in 1 tbsp boiling water for 20 minutes.
