Review | Tarot 130 FPV Quad
The Tarot 130 is a miniature version of a high performance FPV race drone.

Honestly it doesn't matter PAL or NTSC. But the old school 'standard' is NTSC for North America and PAL for Europe etc.
PROS:
-It's super configurable for those with quadcopter experience to tune it to their liking (or for noobs to try it out)
-It's so cute!
-Can fit through tight gaps
-The FPV quality is pretty great.
-Really quite a fast exploration machine.
CONS:
- Video antenna needs to be secured
-Access to USB is blocked by stand off (just remove it and don't put it back)
-It's a little over built and under powered
-Motors are not well balanced, still flies good but makes annoying sound.
