MyFitnessPal is a great way to double check the macros of something if eating out at a restaurant. If the calories are not listen on the menu, find something similar and use common sense!
Going out to eat is a social norm and many of enjoy doing so. The problem arises when people begin to stress that they are "straying" away from their diet or cheating from their normal foods. In this video I talk about how to order a meal at a restaurant to ensure you can be accurate or as close as possible to estimating the macros.
