San Francisco producer Daniel Goldstein, better known for his work as Lane 8, has finally dropped his debut album “Rise” on Anjunadeep and the result was worth the wait. Across its ten tracks, the record finds the hardworking producer delivering a collection of euphoric, melody-driven tunes that exists somewhere between leftfield pop and deep house. To accompany the release of “Rise”, Lane 8 has shared a new remix of the album’s opener “Loving You”, featuring sultry vocals from Newcastle’s Lulu James, by Chicago producer Moon Boots. It’s a brilliantly crafted remix with effortlessly smooth house grooves and a definite summer vibe. Enjoy the ride.
