Tracking Macros vs Tracking Calories and why they are NOT Equal!
Why do caloric totals not match macronutrients?
I am often asked what is more important to track macronutrients or total calories and in this video we talk about the difference. The USDA is allowed to work with estimates on nutrition labels. You will often see a nutrition label with a perfect number and never a decimal, and again this is due to rounding of calories and macronutrients.
