Doris Boss Fight in Vampyr on Pacifist Playthrough (Low Level) for 'Not even Once' trophy / achievement.
There are no difficulty settings in Vampyr. However, if you keep all citizens alive until the end of the game (rewards you with the 'Not even once' trophy) it will be a whole lot harder. If you don't kill Citizens for their XP you will be underleveled.
